My Story

As a seasoned finance professional, I leveraged my expertise as a Division SEC Controller for a large public company to transition into a successful career in recruitment. With a strong background in financial management, I honed my skills in handling SEC 10K and 10Qs for intercompany financials.

Since 2003, I have been dedicated to connecting top finance and accounting talent with small to midsize clients in the SF Bay Area, LA, and New York. My journey began at a global publicly traded agency, where I gained valuable experience in recruiting for diverse industries such as software, manufacturing, services, CPG, and construction.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with boutique and regional agencies, refining my expertise in matching exceptional candidates with clients ranging from $10 million to $100 million in revenue. My unique approach focuses on not only technical skills but also soft personal connections, ensuring a harmonious and productive partnership between clients and candidates.
